I've only recently been involved in the Golang community, but I have 
experience with other open source projects by Google.

I uploaded a CL [2] 5 months ago to add a workaround for exynos CPUs, but I 
haven't gotten a proper review yet.

Are there any rules/ethnics for finding and politely pinging reviewers on 
Golang?
