Hello All!
A first fleet package. Well, the only really interesting thing I did
so far is the polkit rules to allow running fleet under a dedicated
user ("fleet") ans still being capable of using systemd:

I'm using it for a couple of days now. Still there are some TODO items:
* Decoupling all the ./Godeps stuff and building against system-wide golang libs
* Updating etcd up to something useful and working. I'd like to
reintroduce socket activation along with adding some sane defaults.
