I do admit I use to ski, as I'm living less than an hour far from my
favorite ski resort, but that man is not me... Sorry to deceive you, guys...
=)

Also, I have to explain my solution, or to be more precise, the very little
difference that exist between its 55 strokes, and the 57 one of Juho, that
already explains the whole thing.

(Hu, wait. My test program shows 56 strokes for Juho's solution !!!!! Damn,
Yet Another Windows Perl Racist made that stupid buggy test program... :(
:( :( I believe I scored only 56 for my last submition and 55 for my
post-mortem)

And by the way, I must investigate deeper, but I just begin to wonder if my
script is not buggy finaly... :s

(... trying to add a scenario in the test script ...)

It is ! :(

Okay. Juho beat me. Ton, you can change my score, and mark me an infamous
58... :(

I swear I will check the test script twice next time. It's test cases were
wrong, and it's length computing was false... But I cannot blame Rick for
this. I *had* to check it myself... I knew that Perl mongers where against
Windows users....
