Ankit -- You could have an input box that lets users input the feeds they want to follow. Then, you could have a backend database that stores feeds to usernames. When a user comes to your site and logs in, you will pull the feeds from the database, and then use our API to grab those feeds and display them on the page.
I think if you try to start writing some code you'll find that it's not too hard.
