Information retrieval is a process of uploading local data into web
platform<http://www2008.org/papers/pdf/p1257-kumarA.pdf>

I am using blogs and Google base to selectively upload local data (currently
not available online) and make it searchable. The links on RIGHT side  local
data search and Dastikop blogs are the links to such uploaded data (
http://dastikop.in)

The links on left side procure online data and filter to local needs

Both together constitute the aggregated search that combines online and
offline sources to create one comprehensive data source
