I can find absolutely no reference for this in any of the API's documentation, and am surprised to find that this question has not yet been raised elsewhere...
Is there any way to use the Search API to parse user-generated map content? I am really curious to know how to do this. The ability to perform the LocalSearch is awesome, but it would be disappointing to know all of the wonderful user-created maps out there are beyond reach.
