Sure, all you need to use is the REST API and specify
site:www.yoursite.com in the query:
http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/services/search/web?v=1.0&q=jgeerdes%20site:groups.google.com

If you make a request to that URL, then parse the JSON output, you'll
have what you want.
