I use translation to identify language and translate it to english, so i can pass it to another service. The data is not being stored with the exception of detected language which is being used to prevent subsequent calls if native language is english. So i don't see any terms violation here.
Referer was http://www.itsybit.si/, changed it to http://silo.itsybit.si/ because of project structure change. Whe API works with my new referer, but i would like to know what the reason was for problems with the old one.
