Hi, I'm a web developer, and I'm interested using the Google AJAX API for a website I'm developing.
The website will be similar to Copyscape.com, a service that finds duplicated content on websites. My question is, is it legal to use it for this kind of service? The website I have in mind will obviously have a free service, which the general users will be able to use, and a premium service (which is not free), which will include some advanced features, like for example notifying to user whenever a new content is found that is a duplicate to his website.
