Hi,

You should be able to to that by using the api with the CSE (Custom
Search Engine)

http://www.google.com/coop/cse/

Set up a custom search engine then on the left click the sites link
and add the urls you want your searches restricted to (it also accepts
wild cards). Then you would take your CSE ID and use it with your AJAX
API app.
