The specifics of how you would do this will depend on your  
implementation.  In general, though, you're going to have to build a  
custom control, get the feed results in mixed format (rather than just  
JSON), and pull the full content out of the xml.  There are samples in  
the documentation that can help you; unfortunately, nothing that I  
know of that's ready-made.
