Absolutely.  The two things you have to do when you build your own  
form are ( a ) set an onsubmit listener on the form so that you  
process the search. Make sure that this function, whatever it is,  
returns false so that the page doesn't reload. And ( b ) make sure you  
include the Google branding in some way, shape, or form, so that it is  
clear that the search results are coming from Google.
