Hi- I'm working on a website which uses google maps. It's behind our firewall right now, but if necessary I will get a version up on a public site for people to look at.
Here's the problem. I have a working map, and I just integrated Google Local Search. The search works, and it returns a list of results just like it should, each icon next to a red marker with a letter on it. The only thing is, the corresponding markers do not appear on the map. If I click on a search result, the map pans to the location, the marker shadow is visible, and the infowindow opens as it is supposed to. But there is no marker. Zooming in and out has no effect. This occurs in IE, FF, Chrome, and Safari. I'm using basically the code from the Local Search Documenation page, in the same order as shown on the page below: http://code.google.com/apis/ajaxsearch/documentation/localsearch/index.html I searched the archives of all the google maps groups and found nothing. Any ideas? I surely do appreciate anything, as I'm pulling my hair out at this point :D -Jay --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google AJAX APIs" group.
