You can get results in sets of 8 by including &rsz=large in the url  
you request. If you want to display more than one set of results at a  
time, you should check out my blog post on the subject, including the  
comments. It's written for the Javascript side of the API, but you can  
easily apply the same concepts to C# or any other language for your  
server-side and/or desktop application needs.  Find it at the link
