Assuming that you're wanting to implement a standard SearchControl in
tabbed mode, simply look through the documentation and AJAX APIs
Playground for the code that you'll need to implement this:

http://code.google.com/apis/ajaxsearch/documentation/#SearchControlModes
http://code.google.com/apis/ajaxsearch/documentation/reference.html#_class_GSearchControl
http://code.google.com/apis/ajax/playground/?exp=search#tabbed_display_mode

They won't tell you exactly what you need to do, but they'll certainly
show you the basic principles you need to implement this on your site.
