Well, first of all, the Search API does not support the localized  
search portals (e.g., google.co.uk, google.de, etc.).  Beyond that,  
the difference between results and orders obtained from the API and  
the web interface is a known issue, logged in the issue tracker. You  
can monitor its progress or vote that it be fixed by starring it at  
the link below:
