Allowing one results box to be wider than the others would be  
extremely difficult given that there is no id associated with the  
div.gsc-resultsbox-visible elements, so no way to specifically target  
one particular instance.  You might try adding !important to the end  
of the height rule I mentioned earlier, as below:

#containerId .gs-title{height:auto !important;}
