Not really, other than a couple of reasonable limitations placed in the various TOS. More specifically, you can't use an automated system to run a whole host of queries without any user input. Beyond that, the only limit is the standard DDoS-prevention security precautions that Google has in place system-wide. Consult the TOS, though, for all the limitations:
