I used to work on the Google Code team and when Google AJAX APIs was first launched I thought the same thing I am thinking now. Why isn't there a way to get the CSS files that are associated with many of the APIs that are supported; jQuery UI, YUI, Ext, etc...
For all the basic themes and default APIs there should be an option to get the various CSS files supplied by the frameworks.
