I see in the terms of use that you cannot use the Google translation API in a web app that you would be charging users for. Do you offer any license agreements for such scenarios? I'm thinking about creating a webapp that would help people expand their vocabulary in any foreign language and would like to use an existing service, such as Google's API, as a translation engine. I'd be doing this on my own, and I'm obviously not going to create my own translation engine...
