From the looks of it, you're trying to use the old SOAP Search API or wsdl service. This service was deprecated in December 2006 and discontinued earlier this month. You will not be able to use it. The AJAX Search API's cursor.estimatedResultCount is generally not accurate, but it is the best you can legally, programmatically obtain from Google.
