Hello.

I have a question like in topic. Is it allowed to sell higher API for
Google Translations. I.e. some integration API with diferent
products.

I was reading terms and I'm confused. I found there:
"Appropriate Conduct and Prohibited Uses. The implementation of the
Service on your Property must be generally accessible to users without
charge and must not require a fee-based subscription or other fee-
based restricted access. Your use of the Service must be in accordance
with the documentation. "

But this is terms of using API and user will be the one who will buy
high integration API. And integration API itself doen't use Google API
at all, because it will use curl to get translations by URL.
So in this case if my product API is not using Google Translation API
(there is no any Google library), then I'm not bound by this terms and
I can sell this code.
But each who will use my product, during usage will use Google
Translations and he will be bound by this terms.

So do I understood clear - I can sell integration code co Google API,
which doesn't use Google API itself (there is no any google library),
but end users are using Google Translation sercives, so pages which
are using this code cannot take any financial advantage for this
translations. Is it right?...
