If your using dynamic feeds (like say when loading a Google News feed or YouTube video feeds etc) you can maybe add a bust cache param (&rand=1234) so there will be a unique url every so often. I'm sure IIRC if your using Blogger they also have a GDATA query you can use for it too if the rss/atom.xml is not working with dynamic parameters.
