Try this: To retrieve the indexed pages for a given site, search for site:[url]
To retrieve the number of links to a particular page, linkto:[url] To retrieve page rank, you can cycle through the results for a given query to find the url, but the API will only return up to the top 64 results (a limitation which actually applies to all of these suggestions), so if it's #65, you'll never know.
