Hi! I've been trying to determine the permissibility of publishing a paid iPhone application which uses results from the Google AJAX Search API in a complimentary way to more primary content.
As previously said, the application could not be used until purchased. However, once purchased, further usage is free. As far as I can tell, whether or not this usage would be permissible would be up to Google and not a third-party's interpretation. Additionally, if the above condition is permissible, how would a key be used properly in a domain-less iPhone application? (I have a feeling it wouldn't work too well, and would need to be omitted.)
