Looking at the code that you're providing, the only thing wrong that I can see 
is that you're trying to set your HTTP_REFERER header to google.com. The 
referer header is supposed to be the page that you're sending the request from 
or, at the very least, your site so that, should the need arise, Google will be 
able to track you down and contact you.
