Well, whether or not your application will conform to the terms of use will 
depend on how you implement it. For instance, if you have a person who flips 
over to that application every 30 mins and runs the search manually, you'll be 
just fine. However, if you build the app and then set it up as a cron job so 
that it is automatically executed every 30 mins with no human interaction 
whatsoever, you will be in violation because such automated applications are 
prohibited in the TOS.
