Hi, We had done some tests yesterday and we were getting 4 videos via the wizard. Maybe try clearing your browsers cache and cookies etc and possibly also addressing the javascript errors on your page if possible just to eliminate that possibility also. I don't personally think the JS should cause the issue but it was suggested to correct that also. Plus the updates should not take more then a day from what I am hearing.
