Hi; I'm emijrp, an user from the Spanish Wikipedia project. I usually develop bots for Wikipedia community, as amateur. I have seen that Google AJAX Language API allows to know the language of a string (max 5000 chars.), so I think that this would be interesting to mark descriptions languages in Wikimedia Commons[1] images.
You can see an example[2] of I'm suggesting (in this case, a Spanish description is marked). I want to know if this use is allowed by the Terms of use, because, it would be necessary make up to 6 millions automatic requests (there are 6 millions images in Wikimedia Commons).
