Watch your bandwidth consumption. If you set the fetched thumbnail
size much higher then your display needs then you really drain the
bandwidth to load the page, also if you increase the number of fetched
thumbnails too high as well.
I put the options in a comment by the function so I can remember what
they are in couple months when a change is needed:
