Drashti: I have never heard of anyone who arranged for a subscription to the Language API. Make sure that your application complies the the TOS. If everything is in line there, check any error messages that may be returned with your request. Even if you are blocked, you will still get an error message. If they are blocking you for suspected TOS abuse, I believe there will be a link to a form you can fill out to request they review the situation.
