I can no longer use Google's AJAX CDN.  Not because of the quality -
compared to Microsoft's CDN, you have smaller file sizes and better
response time - it's simply because of the domain name.

I recently had an issue with a few companies' corporate firewalls
blocking googleapis.com, which disabled jQuery in my site.  These are
large companies where everything is blocked unless they specifically
allow it.  They didn't know about googleapis.com, so it wasn't
allowed.

If the URL had been something like ajaxapis.google.com, it would not
have been an issue, because the companies in question did allow
*.google.com.  They also allow *.microsoft.com, so I'll reluctantly be
turning to the dark side for my AJAX CDN.
