Hi Aleksandr, Unfortunately, we are only able to have our documentation translated a couple times a year. This means that the non-English versions often become out of date. We're working on streamlining the process as much as possible, but - without members of the team fluent in each language - they'll never be able to remain as up to date as the English version.
We're due for updated versions in the next couple months, so hopefully it won't be as out of date again for awhile. Thanks for pointing this out; I'm sorry I don't have a more satisfying answer.
