Hello, Make sure to read the Google terms of service and especially the parts about your requests can not be automated. They need to be the result of an end user action. If your following the terms then you should be ok. I would make sure to also supply an API key and in the case of server side scripting a valid referrer and an end user IP (userip param) with your requests, this will help ensure your requests are valid and stand less of a chance of getting blocked.
