Hi, I had noticed a similar issue quite some time ago and had made several attempts to report it to them (Google News Team) yet it never seemed to get fixed. It's was like all their "contact us" mails just go into limbo and are never read, nothing more then a method to make you think your feedback is actually going to someone.
With that being said, you can also try to report any issues with their feed data to them. If you believe there is something wrong with how the Google Feed API is generating the data and that's the cause please post again, but you post suggests your issue is related to the News RSS feed its self.
