I understand there is a restriction of 10 qps. Does this mean, it is applicable for a particular application ID or is it applicable for queries coming from a particular IP?
If we were to run queries from one IP at 6 QPS and from another at 6 QPS but using the same application ID - does this mean our cumulative becomes 12 QPS?
