I submitted a query to your CSE and confirmed that many result titles and snippets were missing some punctuation characters.
The same problem has been observed on some other CSEs. One such case was reported today (June 24) in the Custom Search forum: http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/customsearch/thread?tid=7b3f8b1adfa98b7b (That report claimed that the "snippets" were not affected; but when I tested that CSE and yours, some punctuation characters were omitted from snippets as well as titles.)
