I have found various old messages (from 2008 and 2009) in which some users ask if they can get results for a particular regional search engine (as google.es), and then this service was not available yet.
I have tried to add the parameters gl=es and hl=es, but the first filters by pages located in Spain, and the second filters by pagines written in Spanish.
