I'm not a lawyer or legal expert (nor any kind of expert at all), and I don't know if the application you're considering would be allowed or not under the applicable terms of use/service.
With that said and understood, see: http://www.google.com/support/alerts/bin/static.py?page=guide.cs&guide=28413&topic=28417 Quote: "... Developers and feed readers can receive real-time updates by subscribing to the [Alerts] feed using the PubSubHubbub protocol. This allows applications to be notified of new alerts as they become available." BTW: PubSubHubbub feed-push support was recently announced for the Feed API v2 preview. Of course Feed API v1 (without real-time push) remains available. Note: (repeated) I am not a lawyer or legal expert and I don't know if the application you're considering would be allowed or not under the applicable terms of use/service. -- omr -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google AJAX APIs" group.
