Our website contains multiple sections: News, Features, Blog etc. We need to create an advance search function where users can select the section they want their keyword search to apply to. I can tag pages using meta tags or structured data if necessary, however I cannot rely on URL path structure to differentiate the different sections.
What would be the best way to achieve this? I am planning on developing using the RESTful interface.
