I am assuming that you want to detect the language of your user's browser and then automatically translate into that language. Unfortunately, this is a lot easier said than done. Probably the most effective way to detect the language of the browser is to check the Accept-Language request header on the server-side and return that as part of the page code. From there, it's as simple as finding the corresponding Translate API language code and running the translation request(s).
