There is a known issue with the API where results don't match those returned by 
a standard google.com search. This issue is accentuated by the use of search 
operators (e.g., allintitle:, site:, etc.). I would suggest starring it in the 
issue tracker, but it has been on there for several years now, and it seems 
pretty clear that it is a design "feature" of the API to stall SEO applications.
