The problem is that you placed your videobar in an iframe. The floating player is appearing, but it's mostly outside the bounds of the iframe, so it's not visible. the solution would be to either widen your iframe or, ideally, get the videobar out of the iframe and onto the regular page. Since I don't use iWeb, though, I don't know exactly how you would go about doing that.
