Yes, but the data on that page belongs to Google. They can do whatever they want with their own data. You are wanting programmatic access to their data. They must provide an API of some sort to expose it and explicit permission to utilize it in the form of a "terms of service" type document. They have done neither for the data that you're looking for. Therefore, while there are technical ways to access the information on that page, you are legally not permitted to do so.
