I am not a legal expert, and I don't know anyone on the group who is. So if you 
have ANY doubts whatsoever about what I'm about to say, you should consult 
someone who is.

The TOS stipulate that the search must be initiated by the user. It does not, 
however, indicate how the user should initiate it. By visiting your page, the 
user triggers the search. So in my estimation, you should be okay.
