Well, I actually called the API directly in Chrome, and then through Perl to make sure that the API would recognize Turkish. So the problem has to be in either (a) the library that you're using or (b) your implementation of it somewhere. But since you only provided the one line, it's almost impossible to track down what needs to be done. If you want to supply your complete source code in a pastebin, we may be able to track something down for you.
