im in the same boat. ive sent in several request. not so much as a "no" or anything. but they are throttling my connections like crazy. situation has gotten bad enough that i am in the process of experimenting with Moses Project to try to create my own translation server. hopefully it works and i can teach Goog something about ignoring their users request. I'll keep you guys posted.
