Who can I ask for permission to use google TTS in Tux Typing (http://
tux4kids.alioth.debian.org), an open-source typing game for children?
I would like to have the program say the words as they are
successfully typed, which would help kids learn how to read as well as
type.

As a proof-of-concept hack, I've found I can grab the speech mp3 files
by submitting the text using wget when the word is typed in the game,
and play them immediately. However, I don't think I can distribute
this feature without permission from Google.

Thanks for any advice,

David Bruce
