If you're trying to change the CSS for a CSE itself, you're going to be out
of luck with the exception of a few basic controls accessible through the
CSE control panel. If you're using the Custom Search API along with, for
example, a Javascript wrapper that would implement custom CSS, it's tough to
tell you what to do without being able to see what you're doing right now.
