Probably the most useful thing you could do would be to provide a link to a 
page which demonstrates this behavior. If that's not possible, you could draft 
a minimal example, paste the complete code to a pasting service, and provide a 
link to that. It would also be helpful if you could tell us what URLs are being 
pulled that are not secure. Is it the JSAPI or Dojo itself, or some other URL 
that's being pulled via AJAX through Dojo, etc.?
